If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up queries.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is associated with the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. 6. PLUGINS AND TOOLS

OPENSTREETMAP

We use the map service of OpenStreetMap (OSM). The Open-Street-Map Foundation (OSMF), 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom is the provider.

When you access a website that incorporates OpenStreetMap, your IP address and other information about your behavior on that website will be forwarded to OSMF. OpenStreetMap may store cookies in your browser for this purpose. Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. You may disable the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Furthermore, your location can be recorded if you have permitted this in your device settings – e.g. on your mobile phone. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. For details, please refer to the OpenStreetMap privacy policy at the following link: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

We make use of OpenStreetMap in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and easy findability of the locations we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent of which may be revoked at any time.

LEAFLET

This website makes use of Leaflet API, a mapping service that allows you to embed OpenStreetMap – the open source alternative to Google Maps - into your website. From a technical perspective, it is necessary to make requests to other servers to display the maps correctly. As a result of these requests, it would basically be possible that information about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to other servers and stored there. Following analysis by the developer tools, the other servers are limited to: maps.wikimedia.org (map layer) and unpkg.com (leaflet files).

You have the option of deactivating the OpenStreetMap service and thus preventing data transfer to third parties by disabling JavaScript in your browser. We would like to point out, however, that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages, or only to a limited extent.

We make use of Openstreetmap in the interest of enhancing our online offer. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can find more information about OpenStreetMap at https://www.openstreetmap.de. More information on the API leaflet used can be found at https://www.leafletjs.com.

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

We make use of "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether the data input on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is carried out by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. The analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor accesses the website. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; consent of which may be revoked at any time.

Further information on Google reCAPTCHA can be found in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Use at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en.
